Returns



If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund or store credit within 14 days under these conditions:

1.  PRODUCT - Item is unworn, in its original packaging, with hang tags and includes a receipt or proof of purchase.  

2. SHIPPING - Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.  As a suggestion, you may want to mail your package back with a tracking number.  Jolly Boy is not responsible for any lost packages.

3.  TIMELINE - Once your item is received, we will do our best to refund your card or exchange your goods in a timely manner.  

4.  GIFTS - Please mail us your unwanted goods for a store credit or an exchange.
